From a few hours of play to a full day of festivities, Little Intermission offers on-site childcare designed to fit seamlessly into weddings, celebrations, and private events.
SERVICE OPTIONS
ACT I
up to 4 hours
$500
Designed for shorter celebrations or a specific portion of your event, with a dedicated space for children to play, create, and unwind.
A great fit for: shorter events, intimate gatherings, or childcare for just part of the celebration.
ACT II
up to 7 hours
$850
More time allows children to settle in and move naturally between activities, creative play, quieter moments, and downtime.
A great fit for: celebrations where childcare is needed across several parts of the event.
ENCORE
up to 10 hours
$1,150
Extended coverage designed for longer celebrations, with activities and downtime adjusted as the event unfolds.
A great fit for: full-day events or occasions where families would like childcare available throughout most of the day.
Additional time: $125/hour
Travel: Additional fees may apply based on event location, tolls, and parking.
Event childcare is thoughtfully designed for small groups of up to 5 children.

EVENT PLANNING
A pre-event consultation to learn about your celebration, the children attending, and any important details we should know.
PLAY & ACTIVITIES
Age-appropriate games, creative play, crafts, and activities selected for the group.
CREATIVE MATERIALS
Craft and activity materials chosen with the ages and interests of the children in mind.
INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION
Small group sizes allow us to respond to each child’s interests, needs, and comfort throughout the event.
ROOM TO RECHARGE
Quieter activities and downtime for when children need a break from the excitement.
SETUP & CLEANUP
We’ll set up the childcare area and leave it tidy when our time together is done.

GROUP SIZE
Event childcare is available for groups of up to 5 children.
FOOD & PERSONAL ITEMS
Families provide any meals, snacks, bottles, diapers, medications, and personal or comfort items their child may need. Dietary restrictions and allergies should be shared before the event.
FLEXIBLE LOCATION
A dedicated childcare room is not required. Care can take place at the venue, in a hotel room or conference room, or move between appropriate spaces as the event unfolds.
TRAVEL
Travel within 30 miles is included. For events beyond 30 miles, additional round-trip mileage is charged at $1 per mile. Tolls and parking fees may also apply.
