Little Intermission Play Groups bring small groups of children together for movement, creativity, hands-on activities, and plenty of time to simply play.

Bring together a few families who’d like to play. Ages can vary — we’ll plan the experience with your particular group in mind.

You choose what works
Choose the day, time, and location that work for your group. A backyard, basement, community space — wherever your group feels at home.

We take it from here
Little Intermission plans and leads each session, with a fresh mix of movement, creative activities, sensory play, games, and time to simply play together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Play Group is designed with your group in mind, with a mix of activities that gets little ones moving, creating, exploring, and playing together.

MOVEMENT & MUSIC
Songs, movement games, dancing, and plenty of opportunities to get little bodies moving.
CREATIVE ACTIVITIES
Hands-on crafts and projects designed for little hands and big imaginations.
SENSORY PLAY
Opportunities to scoop, sort, build, explore, and discover through hands-on play.
GAMES & IMAGINATION
Simple group games, pretend play, and activities that encourage children to play together.
OPEN PLAY
Because not every minute needs to be planned. Each session leaves room for children to play, connect, and follow their own interests.
MATERIALS INCLUDED
Little Intermission brings the materials and supplies needed for each session, selected with your group’s ages and activities in mind.

Fall Play Group Series
Five weeks of play, creativity, and something new to look forward to each week.
5 weekly one-hour sessions
October 19 – November 20, 2026
4–5 children
$125 per child
Your group chooses the day, time, and location.

GROUP SIZE
Little Intermission Play Groups are designed for small groups of 4–5 children. Activities are planned with the ages and needs of your particular group in mind.
LOCATION
You provide the space, and we bring the play. Play Groups can take place in a backyard, home, community room, or another space that works for your group.
PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Depending on the children’s ages and the setup of your group, little ones may participate independently or with a parent or caregiver nearby. We’ll decide what makes the most sense for your group before the series begins.
MATERIALS
Standard activity and creative materials are included. If your group has something special in mind, custom activities or specialty materials may be available for an additional fee.
